I can't download autel maxidiag pc suite v6.32 anyone can help:??

     I have already installed pc suite v6.31 from the cd inside the carry case.But when i opened the program in the update part it is said ''new version please update to v6.32''.I tried several times to update it but there was no response.Then i opened the web page and signed in to my account.I tried to download the newer version of pc suite from the web page but again I couldn't.

     I am trying to download it from the website but it is not working. Can someone help? I don't have a disc drive on this laptop so I need to download the application to do my product update.

    Edit: I'm using Windows 10 if that will help answer the question.
